How do I know how much of my purchase is being donated back to WILS?

Each retailer sells us their gift card at different discounted prices that the retailer determines. These discounts are listed on Scrip’s website next to each type of gift card. For example if a gift card is listed as $25 (4%) that means that we receive 4% of the purchase price or in this case $1. For a gift card listed at $50 (8%), we would receive $4.  See the Shop With Scrip website for the most up-to-date prices, as there are always “bonuses” through which WILS receives a higher percentage of the purchase price than normal for a limited period of time.

I want to start shopping!  How do I get signed up and place an order?

There are two ways to order your scrip:

1. Manual orders: Download the PDF order form on our website at http://www.wils.us/scrip.  You can fill this form out and submit it either via mail to the WILS P.O. box (address at the bottom of the page) or to scrip@wils.us. See “How do I pay for my Scrip?” below for payment information.
2. Online orders: Our distributor is Great Lakes Scrip and they have a comprehensive website where you can enroll in the program and place your order at http://www.shopwithScrip.com.  
1. When you get to the page, click the box on the left that says “Family Sign Up”.  Fill out the required fields to create your account. 
2.  After that step, it will take you to a page where you associate your account with a non-profit organization (that’s WILS!).  It will ask you for an enrollment code – please contact scrip@wils.us or any WILS Board of Directors member to obtain this enrollment code. 
3.  At any point after that, you can log in and place orders from the same webpage using the user name and password you created.   Once you’re logged in, click “Shop” in the top menu bar and you are ready to start shopping!  See “How do I pay for my Scrip?” below for payment information.

How do I get my Scrip?

Your Scrip order will be shipped to WILS along with Scrip for all the other orders generated in a certain time period.  WILS will then sort those items and ship them to you once your payment has been received.

How do I pay for my Scrip?

For online orders, you can pay through an electronic check using a service called PrestoPay, housed on the Shop With Scrip website. PrestoPay will create an automatic debit to your bank account when your order is placed.  (If you do not wish to use PrestoPay, you may also pay for online orders by check or PayPal – see the manual order payment section below.)

1. PrestoPay Registration: There will be a link in a blue box at the top of your screen once you log in – this will lead you to the registration page for PrestoPay. 
1. After you sign up, you will need to confirm your bank account by entering the amount of 2 small amounts PrestoPay places in your account (this will take a couple of business days). 
2.  Once you confirm your bank account, you will receive a 4-digit verification code.  Please e-mail this code along with the name you signed up with to our coordinator Samantha at scrip@wils.us in order to allow your PrestoPay to be accepted for scrip purchases.
3. Please note that using PrestoPay will add a convenience charge of $0.15 to each order.  WILS will not see your financial information.

For manual orders (using the PDF form) or for online orders not using PrestoPay, you can pay two ways:

1. By mailing a check to the WILS P.O. Box (address at the bottom of the page) along with your order form.
2. By using PayPal.  This is the only way to use a credit card to pay for your scrip, and you must mark on your order form whether you will be paying via PayPal or check. 
1. After WILS receives your order form, we will send you a PayPal invoice via e-mail. (For online orders, if we do not receive notification that you are sending a check within a week of your order, we will automatically email you a PayPal invoice).  Your items will not be shipped to you until we receive your payment.  
2. Please also note that if you use PayPal you will be charged a convenience fee of 2.2% based on your total order price.  (If you want to pay by electronic check, this means PrestoPay is your best bet instead of PayPal!)  WILS will not see your financial information.
